  • Deep understanding of the position(s).
  • Define scope - Job Description, communication with candidates, process.
  • Prepare candidate's brief.

DS Search

  • DS selects talents (From extensive database and connections).
  • DS interviews candidates (Two interviews per candidate).
  • DS selects candidates to present to client.

Clients Interviews

  • Client interviews candidates and gives feedback to DS.
  • DS presents additional candidates if needed.
  • Client chooses a candidate.
  • Client or DS makes / negotiates the offer.

Hiring / Follow-up

  • Candidate starts new role.
  • DS follows-up with the client and new hire after one, three, and six months.

Personally passionate and involved in sustainable and social
businesses, he had a 1rst entrepreneurship experience in a zero
waste project (Paco) in 2020.
